When on vacation, the last thing on a guest’s mind is the possibility of one of their personal belongings becoming lost. We understand – You are on vacation and the excitement level is through the roof! However, losing something can tend to put a damper on a good time. What | Today, we are enlightening you on how we handle Lost and Found items and providing you with all the information you need in case this were to happen to you. Where | Anytime a guest loses an item in the campground, our first suggestion is always to check with our Lost and Found. You are invited to participate in a survey about  Ocean Lakes Guest Satisfaction and Place Attachment  designed by our teammate, Brandy Cloos. The purpose of this survey is to determine what amenities and services provided by Ocean Lakes Family Campground contribute to guests’ place attachment and overall satisfaction.  Why |  Brandy is the Lead Naturalist for Ocean Lakes Family Campground and has been employed for over 11 years by the company. She is completing her Master's degree through Clemson University in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management and this survey is a part of her final project for her degree program.  How |  Your part in the project will be to answer survey questions regarding the amenities and services at Ocean Lakes Family Campground and your satisfaction with them.
