Factory-Trained Technicians at the Ocean Lakes RV Center

In 1972, the Jackson Family established the Grand Strand’s very first RV dealership, Camping Sales and Service! It featured Coleman campers, service, and camping supplies. 

Fast forward to today, you know it as the Ocean Lakes RV Center (OLRV)! OLRV sells new and used RVs, parts, accessories, features a large supply store, and has an award-winning service center. 

With just one quick call, guests can even arrange for technicians to set their camper up for them and break it down after they leave. 

Our technicians play a vital role in our company and many of you have been extremely thankful for their expertise at some point or another (whether planned or unexpectedly).

Service Techs | There are six factory-trained technicians at the Ocean Lakes RV Center year-round. To be a factory-trained technician, our Teammates are sent to school to gain hands-on experience and learn more than your average technician.

Factory Training | For this training, we send our Service Tech Teammates to schools, such as Lippert, Dometic, and Coleman Schools. There are many others, such as those in Myrtle Beach and Indiana. Currently, we have 3 Teammates at a Lippert School in Myrtle Beach. Training can last anywhere from 1 day to 1 week. 

Ocean Lakes Family Campground, as well as The Jackson Companies as a whole, consistently invests in their Teammates. Not only do we want to provide superior customer service, but we also want to provide the best service overall to our Guests, our Leaseholders, and members of the community and beyond.

When we say members of the community and beyond, we mean it! The RV Center is open to the public, which can be accessed from the Frontage Road.

A few of our other services are slide-outs, RV hitches, windows, steps, and 110/125 30 Amp Electrical, 125/250 50 Amp Electrical, and 12 Volt Electrical. Each of our services entail repairs and replacement (if needed).
