Another Beautiful Maintenance Update

It is a beautiful day in Ocean Lakes – The sun is shining, the waves are rolling in, guests are out walking their dogs, families are playing on the playground, and our Teammates are making things happen! 

Last week, we let you all in on the latest maintenance upgrades being completed in the campground. And, this week, there are more!

A Word Or Two With Greg | We caught up with our Assistant General Manager, Greg Bender, to ask him about all of the recent upgrades occurring in the campground: 

“We have many winter projects going on right now. As always, our Team has done an amazing job getting all these projects started, and some already completed since the first of the year. Our Teammates are really excited to see the Main Office renovations and other upgrades in the park coming along so nicely. The Main Office renovation is one of the larger projects being completed during the off-season, and I am very confident that our Leaseholders and Guests will be very excited to see it once completed. We still have more projects to start this spring once old man winter decides to vacate. Look for more updates soon!”

Some Needed TLC | The 4000 Section campsites are being regraded, groomed, and seeded. They will be looking fabulous for your next stay with us!





Vroom, Vroom | Next time you are driving past the South Gate, take notice to the new 10ft x 100ft concrete motorcycle parking pad! 




Renovation Update (Yes, Another Update) | This renovation is moving right along, and the Teammates are very excited to see the end result! The Main Office Lobby priming, painting, and tile flooring are set to begin today!


Expansion Update | The new Parcel Pick-Up foundation has been completed (pre-construction), and it was termite treated this past week. The building structure is scheduled to start this week!


Parked in Style | The Golf Car Storage Lot has been seal coated and lines have been painted. It is looking, in the words of Jim Carey, “B-e-a-u-tiful!”




Sod Talk | The Sea Oats storm water canal upgrades are in the works! The perimeter sod was installed this past week.


More Sod Talk | The Coral Dr / Lake Magnolia storm water drain upgrades are in the works! The perimeter sod was installed this past week. 



Wear Your Sunglasses In The Shower | The future is bright and so are our Bathhouses! The Bathhouses’ lighting was upgraded to a safer and more efficient sealed LED can light. Do not worry, though, sunglasses are not a requirement in the shower.
